Warranty Rules

• Replace is available within 6 hours of order delivery.
• Each order is entitled to up to 3 replacements total.
• The account must be genuinely faulty — if it works, no replace will be issued.
• VAC bans and post-delivery bans are not covered by warranty.
• CS2 cooldowns are not a valid reason — wait for the cooldown to expire.
